Instagram live podcast

At 1pm GMT on Friday the 5th of march the breakfast in bed team went live on Instagram to answer some questions and make a podcast so our followers can see what happens behind the podcast and the effort that goes into making and producing it. Ebony and Annabelle started by answering questions on the live that people were curious to know as well as that they asked some questions to each other. then they started the podcast in this episode they talked all thing from going back to school in England to how they are planning to manage the work load of the podcast!

They also wanted to talk about different ways to manage stress which is something we all need every once in a while. here are there top 5 tips on how to deal with stress:

  1. take a time out at least once a day even if it is just 10 minuets to sit down and have a dink

  2. to help you have the maximum energy you can have eat healthy an have plenty of sleep

  3. it is really important to know when you are getting over whelmed and you may need to reach out for some extra help

  4. talk to others as much as you can weather that is online or in person

  5. finally get out in nature or take a walk or some form of exercise
